Congratulations to our Employee of the Month for March!
Both Sanders and Jones have been FTOing on a basically constant basis for the last several years. A single trainee is a challenge, but they have handled trainee after trainee without complaint. They continue to learn and challenge themselves to be better trainers and role models for our new officers. The FTO program is a team effort, and no one person carries all the glory. These two carry a huge portion of it for the department and have represented us all with pride and dedication. Thanks to their help and skills, the last trainee is about to finish their FTO process!
