Arts Below Sunrise - Music and Arts Festival There is live music, artists, dancers, demonstrations, craft & food vendors, and an overall festive atmosphere for all ages.

"Arts Below Sunrise" is a community event that takes place along a closed section of Broadway between the Hewlett-Woodmere Public Library in Hewlett and Irving Place in Woodmere. The festival is organized by the Hewlett-Woodmere Public Schools Endowment Fund (HWPSEF) and staffed by community volunteers from the HWPSEF, High School and Middle School students, the Hewlett-Woodmere Business Associati

on, Hewlett-Woodmere Public Library, School District 14 & its PTAs, Hewlett and Woodmere Fire Departments, Auxiliary Police and supporters from our neighborhood.
