We want to connect you to high-speed internet!

The Port of Woodland is currently applying for additional funding that would allow us to connect more homes to our existing fiber optic network, currently operational between Ariel and Cougar. You are receiving this postcard because our records indicate your home or business is either new or you were not connected to broadband during our previous Ariel to Cougar project. We want to get you connected!

If you are not yet connected and want to be, please go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DarkFiber and fill out the information requested. If we are awarded funding, we will contact you with more information about the project and when we will proceed with connecting your neighborhood! The survey is also available at the port’s website, www.portofwoodland.com/darkfiber.

The Port of Woodland was eager to again collaborate with Woodland Public Schools on Career Fair 2026. For the 7th year in a row we had more than 40 partner businesses and organizations join us in giving students access to a glimpse of what their future could look like by engaging in questions, cool gadgets and yes, candy, all in the hopes a spark ignites or a connection is made. This doesn’t happen without our partners (too many to mention in this post - but be on the lookout for more later) devoting time and talent to show up and engage and we are truly grateful for you all. Thank You! But we are also excited to continue this project investing in our future with Superintendent Riley and her team. Looking forward to working on ways to make this program even more meaningful next year.
