Thank you Yolo County! This month marks one year since the release of the Roadmap to the Future Needs Assessment β€” a pivotal document that continues to guide our shared efforts to improve outcomes for children and youth in Yolo County.

Produced by YCOE in partnership with WestEd and Consero Solutions, and with the support of a dedicated internal team, the Needs Assessment remains a key resource for local decision-makers and community partners. Over the past year, its findings have shaped conversations, inspired new collaborations, and focused our strategies for impact.

If you haven’t yet explored the Needs Assessment β€” or if it’s time for a fresh look β€” you can find the full document at ycoe.org/roadmap.
