NOTICE OF REGULAR SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION - November 3, 2026
The Board of Education will have four seats on the ballot for the 11/3/26 General Election. All seats are four-year terms and begin January 1, 2027. District residents seeking to be a candidate for school board should contact the City of Woodhaven - Clerk's Office - for information on the filing process. The filing deadline is 4:00 pm on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

Congratulations to Bates Elementary third grader Eli Yharbrough, whose winning flag design featuring a cool Bates Eagle in sunglasses was selected to represent the school for the next year. During the school's annual Flag Day celebration, Eli's custom flag was raised high above Bates, showcasing school pride, creativity, and patriotism.
