The 33rd District Court celebrated Law Day today! Over 400 3rd and 4th graders from six of our local schools visited the court to learn about the judicial system and check out vehicles, boats, dogs, and so much more. A big thank you to the many police departments and other agencies for showing up for the kids, and to the high school kids for serving as tour guides. Of course, none of this would be possible without our amazing staff - thank you!

If you receive a text from the "Michigan State Department of Vehicles" alleging you have outstanding traffic tickets, DON'T click the link to pay. The text is a scam. The 33rd District Court does not send texts with links to pay traffic tickets. If you are concerned that you have unpaid traffic tickets, please call the Court in the jurisdiction where the ticket was written.
