Our post acute care rehabilitation programs are designed to transition patients from the hospital back to their regular lives safely, quickly and with confidence. And when it comes to care plans, one size never fits all. We respect every person’s individuality, and tailor care to their needs. When you’re on the grounds of an historic country club, you’re naturally tempted to pamper your patients.

Our post acute care private rooms have sleeper sofas for guests. Everyone enjoys our pub, bistro, movie theater, beautiful grounds and the green spaces all around us. Our rehabilitation is both rigorous and state of the art, right down to the AlterG® anti-gravity treadmill and HydroWorx® therapy pool.
