Weโ€™re excited to launch CSCWโ€™s Summer Meal Program for Woodbury families! โ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŽ

This summer, children and teens 18 & under can receive free healthy breakfast and lunch foods to help fuel a strong and healthy summer. Families will receive fresh and wholesome items including fruits, breads, yogurts, cereal, vegetables and more.

This all-levels class begins with an hour of Vinyasa Yoga postures for strength, balance and flexibility and ends with the option to stay for a half hour of iRest Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation practice. iRest allows us to explore and go beyond self-inhibiting beliefs so we can experience inner peace.

Puzzle Palooza was a success tonight!

Four teams took on the challenge, including two teams making their Puzzle Palooza debut. The competition was fierce, the pieces were flying ๐Ÿ˜†, and every team crossed the finish line in under two hours!

Congratulations to Team Berube, who claimed first place with an impressive time of just 1 hour and 1 minute, taking home the $50 Visa gift card!

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for an evening of teamwork, laughter, friendly competition, and a whole lot of puzzling fun.
