ATTENTION TO ORDERS!!

Another day, another set of promotions here at ⚡👹 HELLRAISER👹⚡ Company! Tonight we had the honor of inducting two more Soldiers into the venerated NCO Corps and helping another get one step closer to that herself.

SPCs Wozunk and Reynolds from Route Clearance and Intel, respectively, were promoted to Sergeant. As Junior NCOs they now have one of the most important duties we have: leading and training small teams, and helping to develop the next generation. While already a pair of outstanding Soldiers and leaders we look forward to what they will accomplish in the future!

SPC Perez is following in the footsteps of our recently promoted Supply Sergeant and stepping up to the challenge of keeping our unit well supplied and equipped. Considering her performance since JRTC, she's just now getting the rank equal to the work she's been putting in!

It may sound like we're beating a dead horse BUT here at ⚡👹 HELLRAISER 👹⚡ Company we award people for what they have done and promote them for what they're going to do and with this next set promotions we feel super confident in repeating it! Promotion season isn't over so keep up with our journey to see who's next!

ATTENTION TO ORDERS!!

Tonight was an amazing evening for ⚡👹 HELLRAISER 👹⚡ Company! Promotion season keeps on rolling and tonight we promoted 8 Soldiers. An even greater honor was every promotion was either into the NCO Corps or to the ranks of Senior NCOs!

As we always say here at "We award people for what they've done and promote them for what they are going to do" and no matter how many times we say it, it holds true. These NCOs have done great things in their previous ranks and through their hard work proven that they're ready to take the next step and do more. We are excited to see them take over new roles to lead and develop the next generation of Soldiers.

To all of our new and now Senior NCOs, go forth and RAISE HELL!!

ATTENTION TO ORDERS!! In the last few weeks, ⚡👹 HELLRAISER 👹⚡ has had the distinct pleasure promoting several of our Soldiers recently and would like to take the time to highlight them. We say that "we award someone for what they've done and promote them for what they're going to do" and this definitely holds true for the following individuals.

SGT Caulk with this promotion has joined the ranks of the NCO Corps. Just over a year ago, while a clerk, she heard that our supply sergeant position wasn't filled for our deployment and without hesitation volunteered for it. Since then she's been driving hard and doing a phenomenal job.

SSG Bravo is continuing his progression through the NCO Corps with his recent promotion. As an Electronic Warfare Specialist, his skills are going to be incredibly important on a battlefield that is saturated with communications, signals and UAS.

SFC Coleman, one of our new Horizontal Engineers has entered the ranks of Senior NCOs with his promotion. His experience should serve us and his PLT well.

These are just a few of the promotions coming our way. We're just entering the promotion season so check back on for more!

COMPANY! ATTENTION!

Sorry for the delay (we've been incredibly busy!), but here is the first post of ⚡👹 HELLRAISER 👹⚡ Company on our new adventure. Late last month we made the multiple moves to get ourselves to our temporary home in the Southwest. We're here for the next several weeks to train and conduct final preparations for our upcoming mission.

This is a scene from our first formation with all of our elements in the same place. I'd also like to take this time to introduce you to some of our newest additions. Our Recon and Sniper Sections have detached to support our sister companies, but we've added two platoons of Route Clearance and Horizontal Engineers. They bring some pretty incredible assets to our formation that we're excited to see put into place. Stay tuned for more posts about them and their training in the future!

We've got some of our favorite posts coming soon (promotions) and once we get into training the kind of stuff everyone likes to see. For now, just know we're all together and ready to get after it and get home safe!

Back on 06 January, the Blue Devils celebrated our past achievements and future adventures at our annual Regimental Dining Out.

The Dining Out is a military tradition where Soldiers and their guests get together for a night of ceremony, food, drinks and of course dancing! Going by those measurements, it was a complete success! Among highlights of the night we're getting to honor former Command Sergeants Major Collier and Naminski for their service to the 114th Infantry.

A special shout-out to a former ⚡👹 HELLRAISER 👹⚡ CPT Montgomery for working tirelessly the last several months to make this happen. The quality of this event is reflective of the love he has for our Battalion and its Soldiers.

⚡👹 HELLRAISERS 👹⚡ RAISE HELL!!

Apologies for the radio silence since November, but between the holidays and continuing prep for our upcoming mission we've been pretty busy! We have a lot to highlight for the unit since November that you'll see over the next few days.

The first thing we want to highlight are some of our high achievers from our Recon and Sniper Section! From October thru December we had several of these Soldiers attend and successfully complete several highly sought after specialty schools that not only increase their personal skills but increase their section and the Battalions capabilities and lethality!

All three of these Soldiers exemplify the type of drive and professionalism we work to maintain at ⚡👹 HELLRAISER 👹⚡ Company. Their success is a testament to the work we do here, but more importantly the hard work and dedication they have. We're happy to have them back and ready to put these new skills to the test during our upcoming mission!

From deliberate and stealthy to rapid and forceful, the reconnaissance Soldiers of 💀STALKER💀 PLT can do it all!

During AT our scouts performed a multifaceted and dynamic zone recon Lane. The PLT left on mounted patrol where they were expected to gain intelligence on a route, recon a bridge, conduct a KLE and perform surveillance. All the while we threw everything we had at them! During their patrol they were subject to UAS, civilians, small arms fire, IDF and an IED.

A scout's primary purpose is to seek out and gain intelligence to support the mission. Our Soldiers utilized a combination of low tech and high tech means to do so. They collected information via direct observation, small UAS and drone detection systems. The ability to conduct this type of data fusion and bring back relevant and useful information is crucial for us to meet any challenges we may meet in the future!

💣FIRE MISSION!💣

While the ground shook beneath us, we managed to grab some great shots of mortarmen from ⚡👹 HELLRAISERS 👹⚡ Company, and Forward Observers from in action.

Over the last few days, all of the 11Cs from across the Battalion as well as our attached 13Fs worked together to train and complete our yearly Mortar Qualification Tables. During this training, we work to develop our crews starting with written examinations, drills and finally culminating in a series of live fire tables.

This training is essential to our ability to effectively leverage our most lethal organic asset! We look forward to being able to HANG IT! and FIRE! to provide devastating effects where it's needed!

On 07 November 2023 medics from 💊PAINKILLER PLT💊 along with medics from conducted an amazing AEROMEDEVAC training event.

After a day of classroom and ground based training, the medics took to the field and sky in an event where they assessed and tested casualties, called in a 9-Line MEDEVAC request and then transferred the patient to flight medics. They got some additional training on lifting patients with both the Jungle Penetrator and hoist.

Big shout-out to the pilots, crew chiefs and flight medics over at @1.150th.ahb . None of what we accomplished over those two days would have been possible without you opening up your doors, providing training and then putting it all into action with live flights.

This training will serve our medics and units well during future operations!
