Our hearts are heavy with the news of the passing of County Commissioner and dear friend, Karen Ashford. She was not only a devoted public servant who gave so much to our county, but also someone I was truly blessed to call my friend.

Karen’s dedication, leadership, and kindness will never be forgotten. She touched so many lives and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Please keep her family in your prayers during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Karen — thank you for your service and your friendship.

Unfortunately, we are still without phones or computers. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work through this issue. While we had hoped for a resolution today, it has been determined that some of our equipment will need to be replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement process and necessary service appointments will not occur until the end of the week.
