As we say goodbye to August, National Dog Month, we say hello to September, Library Card Sign Up Month! 🐩📖

In honor of National Library Card Sign Up Month, The Woodbridge Town Library is running a special promotion. Any Woodbridge resident who gets a new card or updates an expired card during the month of September will be entered into a prize drawing for one of four $25 gift cards to local businesses. We’re offering gift cards to Katz’s Deli, Micro Creamery, Brookside Farm Market, or Blue Check Deli.

Unfortunately, our furry friends are not eligible for library cards. Instead, send to a human friend who needs to get a library card, and then have them share the spoils with you!

School Supplies Freecycle is today, 5 - 8 pm, and Friday, 10 - 5 pm! 📓✏️
Drop off gently used school and office supplies, and find some new-to-you. Leftovers will be donated!

Join us on Saturday the 8th to welcome our August artist, Debbe Champion!

From the artist:
“I have always been an artist, I have always been a collector and saver. Paper, paints, crayons, photos, cloth, ribbon, buttons, etc. I’m presenting my art as recycled mixed media. Much of what I use has been collected over the years making it very interesting for me.

All of my work is bascially cut paper (scissor work). Most of you know I have been cutting hair for many years. Retiring in January 2026 allowed me to put this show all together.
