ANNOUNCEMENT

You may want to reconsider your decision to throw out that old bed on Spring Clean-Up Day.

BED RACES are back at the Wood Lake Fair.

The last year we had Bed Races was in 1999. It's time to bring back this fun event.

As fun as this event is to watch, we will need participants. A team of 5 could be sponsored by a business or organization, a family, or a group of friends.

Here's what you need to get started:
- Beds must be at least a single bed
- All beds must have a mattress
- All beds must have 4 wheels (no specific size)
- No motorized beds
- Teams consist of 4 pushers & 1 rider (minimum age of 16)
- Teams should have a theme / name
- Prize money will be given for best finished race, best decorated
bed, and best costumes

Start thinking about your bed entry & team.

We will have a pre-registration when time gets closer.
