Congratulations to our May Team Member of the Month, Mike McWilliams!

Mike has been a valued member of the Bethany team for the past 15 years. As our Educational Programming Supervisor, he is a dedicated advocate for the youth at B*H and is committed to developing programs and groups that best meet their needs and support their growth.

Adding to his accomplishments, Mike recently graduated from Leadership Berks through United Way of Berks County, further strengthening his leadership skills and enhancing his ability to support both his team and the youth we serve.

Last week, we had the privilege of celebrating the retirement of Lisa Kida. Over the past three-and-a-half years, Lisa has been a dedicated and compassionate nurse, providing exceptional care to the youth at Bethany.

Throughout her time with us, Lisa’s commitment and warm spirit have made a lasting impact on our community. Her contributions have helped make Bethany a place where youth feel cared for and supported every day.
