Program Fun Fact: Your building may have more financing options than you think.

C-PACE, also called Commercial Property-Assessed Capital Enhancements, is a financing tool that can help eligible property owners make building improvements tied to energy efficiency, water efficiency, renewable energy or resiliency.

Think about projects like:
• Better lighting
• Heating or cooling upgrades
• Water-saving improvements
• Renewable energy projects
• Building improvements that help with long-term operating costs

Scenario:
You own a Main Street building and your utility bills keep climbing. You know upgrades would help, but the upfront cost is the part nobody enjoys talking about. C-PACE may be worth exploring before that project gets pushed to “maybe next year” again.

Not every project qualifies, and that’s where a conversation helps.
