THE BOIL ORDER HAS BEEN LIFTED, PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD.

We’ve had a break and are currently working to repair as fast as possible. Water is off on Tractorman Lane, Dug Hill Lane, Graham Lane, and State Rt 146 W between Graham Lane and Tractorman Lane. There will be a boil order until further notice for customers on these roads Sorry for the inconvenience, please spread the word.

Edit-2: THE BOIL ORDER HAS BEEN LIFTED

We don’t have an exact time for shut off, it will be sometime in the morning, when the plumber arrives. If all goes well, it could be a couple of hours, but sometimes complications arise. We will get the water back on as soon as possible.

Water will be off tomorrow, Wednesday, April 1st, for all customers in the town of Wolf Lake and everyone north of Wolf Lake, while repairs are made. A boil order will be in effect until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience, please spread the word.

UPDATE: The boil order has been lifted. Please spread the word.

Due to repairs on the main line, there is a boil order for all houses on and between Elm and Follis in Ware until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We would like to remind everyone, email billing is available. If you would prefer to receive your bill through email, please give us your email address. You can send it through messenger, call the office and leave a message on the answering machine, or send it with your next payment.

The next bills were accidentally printed with a due date of September 7th. That is an error. The due date will be on the 15th of the month as usual. There is no need to call the office, everyone will have until the 15th to pay.
