We wanted to congratulate Michael Marter on his recent completion of his classes. He is now certified in Hazmat Awareness and Operations and also Fire 1 and 2. Not an easy task to complete in the first 6 months of joining a dept!! We're proud to have you as one of our own! Congratulations Mike!!

Welcome to our newest member Kylee Ann!! She's officially joined as a junior firefighter with hopes of becoming a full member at 18! We are so excited to teach you all we know and look forward to working with you! Congratulations Kylee Ann!!

Another fantastic year of shop with a firefighter is in the books!! We were able to take 6 kids this year!!! We were also able to buy 10 baskets of food for the community too!! Wow!! Thanks to all of your ongoing support we were blessed enough to spread some extra Christmas cheer this year!! We want to shout a huge thank you to the Kendallville Walmart staff!! They went out of their way to make it even more special for the kids by making up a special table with refreshments and gift bags!! You guys were beyond awesome to us and made sure everything went smoothly!!

Another successful year of shop with a firefighter!! Thank you to everyone that's donated to the dept over this past year! This is one of the things we get to do to give back to this amazing community!! These boys had a blast.

Come out and see us this Saturday 11/26 at 9am at the intersection of County Line and St. Road 9 we'll be having our annual boot drive to help us raise money for shop with a firefighter!! We'll have our crew ready with boots to fill!! Stop and donate or just say hi!!
