Please join us at our temporary space while the library's building and renovation project is in progress. We're located across the parking lot from the Staples on Washington Street. We look forward to welcoming you back to our new and improved space at 45 Pleasant Street in early 2019.

General information

The Woburn Public Library has been serving the people of Woburn since 1856 and the building has been around since 1879. The Library has a collection of over 60,000 items including books, videos and DVDs, books on tape and cd, large print books, magazines and newspapers. We're a member of the Minuteman Library Network which gives us access to the collections of nearly 40 other libraries; online databases; and internet access. We also have passes to several Boston museums, and we sponsor programs for children, teens and adults. Visit us for all your research, study and entertainment needs!
