We recently brought Kona Ice to the office to treat our team to a well-deserved break. It was a small way to say thank you to the people whose hard work, dedication, and commitment make everything we do possible.

This Labor Day, we’re celebrating the people behind Team Underwood. You deserve to be appreciated—not just today, but every day. Hope you enjoy this day off as our offices are closed until Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 for normal business hours.

The latest Fire Sprinkler Association - NFSA - Spotlight on Fire Sprinklers featured a fire at the Panasonic EV Battery Plant where the sprinkler system contained the fire, limited property damage, and helped in assuring zero injuries reported.

We're proud to have played a role in this successful sprinkler save, with Underwood Fire Equipment supplying the fire pump equipment and Shambaugh & Son (EMCOR Group, Inc. R Group, Inc.) providing the fire sprinkler installation. Together, these components helped the system perform exactly as designed when it mattered most.

Stories like this remind us that reliable fire protection saves more than buildings—it protects people, businesses, and livelihoods.
