We just can’t stop celebrating! 🎉
South Central High School was recognized again at the September Principal Meeting for our continued growth and achievement!
We’re just so incredibly proud of the hard work that led to increased overall school achievement, exceeding growth, and an improved school letter grade. These accomplishments belong to our students, staff, families, and entire South Central community.
When the growth is this good, you celebrate it more than once!

This month at our Falcon Forum, we introduced Pass the Bell, a new tradition that gives our staff the opportunity to recognize colleagues for their dedication, positive influence, and commitment to our students.

Our college advisor, Mrs. Franklin, began the first of a 4 part “Standing on Business” workshop series during RISE. Today students learned about professional dress and how to show up in business settings. Congratulations to Ta’kiyah Cherry for winning a $25 gift card!

We’re proud to celebrate our students who were recognized through our WINGS Program for demonstrating empathy! These students showed what it means to truly listen to understand, consider another person’s perspective, and respond with thoughtfulness and care.
