Dear WHS Community, 🏫🚌🧑🏫
We are excited to welcome our students and families to Back to School Night tonight, Wednesday, September 2nd, from 5:30 p.m–7:00 p.m.
This year’s format is designed to give families more time and flexibility to connect with teachers, visit classrooms, ask questions, and learn more about the programs and opportunities available at WHS. From 6:00 p.m–7:00 p.m., families may visit their student’s classrooms at their own pace rather than following a shortened bell schedule.
This Evening’s Schedule
5:30–5:45 p.m. | Senior Capstone Information Night
Winters Community Library – Margaret Parsons Conference Room
Families of 12th-grade students are especially encouraged to attend as our team shares the redesigned Capstone experience, expectations, and how students will demonstrate their learning, skills, and growth.
5:45–6:00 p.m. | Welcome & Our Vision for WHS: Graduate Profile and Innovation Plan from our Board of Trustees and Principal
Winters Community Library – Margaret Parsons Conference Room
6:00–7:00 p.m. | Class & Teacher Visits
Visit your student’s classrooms at your own pace. Maps and student schedules will be available.
Community organizations, resources, and local colleges will also be available in the quad throughout the evening.
