VOTING BEGINS MONDAY! NCAR is once again growing in membership and also growing in the need of experienced leadership to oversee the political arena as how it affects North Carolina, our REALTORS® and our present and future homeowners. It is a very challenging and exciting time for the real estate industry. I believe my experience as NCAR Treasurer for the past four years and being part of your leadership team has kept me informed not only with what goes on at NCAR but also at NAR serving as one of your NAR directors. This is high on my priority list and I am confident that we will be able to face our association’s growth and the challenges that lie ahead.

Alert asking Realtors to contact U.S. Representatives to support H.R. 9, the Innovation Act scheduled for House floor consideration the week of July 21st. The Innovation Act closes loopholes to stop Patent Trolls who threaten Realtors with lawsuits.
