Piedmont Contractors Resource Center Providing and aligning members with resources and leads geared toward enhancing their skills to grow and operate a construction-related business.

The primary purpose of the Piedmont Contractors Resource Center (PCRC) is to empower historically underutilized business (HUB) contractors to compete for and win jobs in the construction industry. It’s not enough to simply point them toward contract listings with MWBE participation, or to help them achieve HUB, DBE, MBE or WBE certification. True empowerment involves providing the services, specia

lized training and technical assistance needed to expand their business capability. Once that is accomplished, we complete the package by facilitating cooperative partnerships and introducing our minority subcontractors to key decision makers for various public and private projects.
