The Shepherd's Center of Winston Salem, NC Promoting and supporting successful aging through volunteer driven programs and services for adults in our community.

Senior Programs are offered on a daily basis. Activities are held on a daily basis throughout the Winston-Salem area to engage active older adults. Activities that are not free charge a nominal fee. Activities include; Warm Water exercise classes, Tai Chi, Yoga, Book Club, Bridge (social and contract), Knitting, Coloring, Games, Discussion groups and more. Faith In Action Care Program provides sup

portive services to address the social isolation and special needs of adult aged 50 and older. Services include respite care, visitation in the home, minor home repairs, transportation to medical appointments and grocery shopping.
