JURORS

If you received a jury summons for Monday, April 13, 2026, and were told to call the Juror Hotline on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, after 5 PM then you will not have to report for jury service for the rest of the week through Friday, April 17, 2026. Judge Lancaster has excused all jurors for the remainder of the week. We would all like to thank you for your service to Montgomery County!!

If you received a Jury Summons for Monday April 13, 2026, through Friday, April 17, 2026, you do NOT have to report Monday April 13 or Tuesday April 14. However, you will need to call 1-662-222-1170 after 5PM on Tuesday April 14, to hear if you will need to report for Jury service on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. This page will be updated on Tuesday, April 14 after 5PM to give notice whether you are to report on Wednesday April 15, 2026.

If you received a jury summons for Monday April 6, 2026, through Friday, April 10, 2026 you have been dismissed for the entire week. Judge Lancaster dismissed all jurors this morning for the week of April 6, 2026, after seating the new Grand Jury. We do thank you for your service to Montgomery County.

JUROR INFORMATION For MONDAY APRIL6, 2026

If you received a Jury Summons for the week of Monday, April 6, 2026 - April 10, 2026, you ARE required to report for jury service by 8:30 AM on Monday April 6, 2026. We will start promptly at 8:30 AM so please arrive early. A new Grand Jury will be seated on Monday so be prepared to be here several hours unless you are excused by the Honorable Judge Lancaster. You will want to wear a light jacket because it will be cool in the courtroom.

Remember, photography, videos, audio recording, wearing hats or sunglasses is STRICTLY PROHIBITED ! Also, ALL cellphones must be on silent or turned off!

Bring any medications you may need and also your Juror Information Card completed and signed if you have not already done so. You will need to call the Juror Hotline each night at 662-222-1170 to hear if you need to report for jury service during the week.
