Happy Labor Day to everyone! Thank you to all who labor and keep Minnesota going - what a gift it is to work, even when it’s difficult. I recognize many vocations and jobs do not have today off, so I hope you feel the gratitude you deserve if that’s you!
While I had the day off from teaching, I was working hard on a labor of love all day: preparing my house for my son and his fiancé’s rehearsal dinner later in the week.
I am excited beyond imagination to bless and honor my son and future daughter-in-law, and I am grateful for this very special season in our lives. God is good.
Of course, the campaign doesn’t take days completely off, either, so now we are out to deliver signs to people who have requested them this weekend! I know one day I’ll look back and remember how every day was an adventure.
