Public Service Announcement. A grace period was given due to the storms our city encountered several months ago. As of today, September 8, 2026, the Ordinance will be enforced for property cleanliness. Down trees are unfortunately something residents need to address. These cause insects and reptiles to set up around properties and infringe upon neighboring properties. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping Winona beautiful.
