6/11/26 - Open Swim/Lap Swim Update

We will open at 5:30 for lap swim and then open at 6:30 for open swim. We will stay open so long as temperatures stay above 65!

Hope to see you tonight - bring some warm clothes to change into when you are done swimming! ☺️

6/11/2025 - Aquasize/Afternoon Open Swim Update

There will be no water aerobics, lap swim, or open swim this afternoon due to the less than favorable temperatures forecasted through late this afternoon. We are looking at late this afternoon/this evening as a possibility for opening and will update you all later if we decide to open up later today!

Due to the forecasted potential for thunderstorms during swim lessons this morning, we will not be having them. Please check back tomorrow - it is looking to be a chilly day tomorrow.

💧BABY POOL UPDATE💧

The Small Pool/Baby Pool will be open this afternoon for open swim - the water temp may be lower than anticipated for today; however, it should be up to the temps you are used to by tomorrow during open swim!

Well, we spoke too soon... unfortunately the baby pool will have to wait until Wednesday. We are so, so sorry for announcing it would open today; however, upon arriving to the pool this morning, it was discovered that the epoxy coating done on Friday did not include any texturization.

We have to get some texture in there, otherwise everyone will be falling over because it is too smooth inside! (We don't want anyone slipping, falling, and hitting their head on the edge)

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to have you join us soon!!

🏊🏼‍♂️Baby Pool Update & Lifeguard Classes🏊🏼‍♂️

Unfortunately the maintenance required for the baby pool will require a bit longer than initially predicted. We will know more for sure on Saturday. Meaning, the baby pool will be CLOSED on Thursday, Friday, and most likely Saturday too. We will keep you posted as we learn more!

Additionally, the new lifeguards are getting trained this weekend - they will be learning and practicing lifesaving skills in and around the pool. This may coincide with open swim hours on Friday-Monday. If it does, the class will typically remain in the 12-foot, roped off section of the pool. We apologize if there is any inconvenience.

Lastly, our veteran lifeguards will be getting their certifications renewed on Wednesday and Thursday of next week (June 3rd & 4th). This will take place in the evening hours and may coincide with evening open swim hours those nights. This will impact the 12-foot end of the pool, where they will primarily be practicing their skills. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are looking forward to seeing you and having our new staff be able to join us so soon into the summer - the weather looks like it will be a beautiful first weekend of the pool!
