Windsor Senior Housing Project Identified as a Recipient of CHFA Round One Housing Tax Credit Award

On Tues., May 30, the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) announced 12 projects were awarded a reservation of federal 9 percent Housing Tax Credits to support the new construction of affordable rental housing units.
