Cody (co-owner of Missy Kay's), while out hiking with his family on Mother's Day, was bitten by a rattlesnake. After 3 days receiving care in the hospital, he is now home, but it will be a long recovery ahead and moving independently is a challenge. Cody and his wife, Allison, operate Missy Kay's. All the way from ordering, staffing, baking, and ALL the things behind the scenes... as small business owners ourselves, we know this grind very well. And when your family relies on income from the family business, challenging times that cause unexpected closures or shortened hours are felt very deeply.
That's where community comes in 💜
We want to show our support for our friends at Missy Kay's.
