* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Pennsylvania, including the
following county, Somerset.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more
heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Periods of locally heavy rainfall are possible overnight into
Wednesday afternoon. The combination of locally heavy rain
over complex terrain, nearly saturated soils, and much above
normal streamflows may result in areas of short term and
inundation flooding.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
