Dear Republicans-
We are in the final stretch to the county general and state primary elections. Thursday is Election Day! Polls are open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Remember that on Thursday you must go to your designated polling place to vote. If you don’t know where you are supposed to vote, please call the Franklin County Election Commission at 931-967-1893 before Thursday.
You can also visit the FC Election Commission website for the full list of precincts and polling locations. All of this is to say how necessary it is to get out and vote. There are over 29,000
registered voters in Franklin County. A little over 3,600 people voted during the early voting period. Please take to heart the importance of each election. Men and women fought and died for the freedoms we enjoy. Please honor their sacrifice by taking a few minutes to cast a ballot.
There will be a watch party with food and drinks at the Red Roof Pavilion Thursday evening.
We will gather to hopefully celebrate the victories of our Republican candidates. Please come by and see us. I am sure people will be there right at 7:00 pm.
THANK YOU to all of the volunteers who sat at the early voting tent. It was hot on some of the days, but they made the best of it. They greeted the folks who came to vote with a smile.
After the primary on Thursday, we will know who the party nominee is for Governor, Congress, and State Representative. Please be on the lookout for dates and details about upcoming events such as our annual bonfire night at the Davis Farm in October.
Sincerely,
Brooks Lynch, Chairman
