🚨 Storm Response Recognition & Appreciation🚨

During the recent storm, our road patrol officers continued normal operations despite difficult conditions. Snow-covered roads, limited visibility, and ongoing accumulation made travel challenging across the community, but coverage remained in place.

We’d like to highlight Officer AJ Smith and Officer Owen Chartier for going above and beyond, staying within the community for the duration of the storm to ensure they were available and ready to respond at any time. While conditions made travel difficult for many, they remained close and accessible to make sure there were no gaps in service.

Their willingness to stay, be present, and prioritize the needs of the community during challenging conditions does not go unnoticed. This kind of dedication keeps the community safe, and we appreciate them stepping up when it mattered most.

Storms like this impact everyone differently, but maintaining coverage and response capability remains a priority. We appreciate the flexibility, coordination, and effort that went into making sure the community continued to receive service during this time.

We are grateful for the work shown by our officers during this storm and proud to serve this community.

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER 🚨

We’ve had a significant amount of snowfall over the past few days ❄️

If your fire numbers are covered, buried, or not visible…please clear them off.

And before anyone says “you know where I live”…

➡️ Not every responding officer, EMT, or firefighter knows every residence.
➡️ We rely on those numbers to find you quickly, especially in emergencies.

🚓🚑🚒When seconds matter, we can’t afford to guess.

Take some time out of your day to make sure your address is visible. It truly makes a difference.
