Many know that I get excited whenever I have the opportunity to educate or be educated, this weekend I did both!

Saturday, I was invited as a guest speaker at the The Elevating and Building Your Toolbox workshop hosted by Rhonda Ruffin’s Crown On Enterprise.

First off, let it be known that we have pretty amazing folks doing some phenomenal things here in Wilson, NC. This event was informative and enjoyable. Also, resources were shared regarding topics such as the importance of self-care and mental health awareness.
