I can’t think of a better way to celebrate 250 years of America than to cast your ballot today!
I voted on Saturday in between my children’s basketball games! I was in and out in just a couple minutes and was able to show my kids our rights in action! (Although if I’m honest, they were more impressed that they also got stickers)
I’ll admit, it hits differently this year as a candidate myself. There’s a sense of pleading and hope that the people I talk to will actually go to the polls and make their voices heard. I’m not on the ballot until November, but I can say that what matters most is that you show up! Win or Lose, it’s comforting to know that it’s our community that decides 🗳️
