LAHC CalWORKs The LAHC CalWORKs office coordinates services with the county CalWORKs office also known as GAIN/TAN

To qualify, a student must:
-Be a current CalWORKs recipient
-Have a current CalWORKs Welfare-to-Work Plan
-Be a county referred participant
-Be a county self-initiated participant (SIP)
-Be a county self-referred participant (WTW Plan without education)
-Be a county exempt participant (must have a student educational plan with clear goals for completion)
-Student can be a credit or non-credit student
