Mid-County Senior Center Mid-County Center Inc. is a community based senior center midway between Wilmington and Newark which affirms the dignity and personal growth of older people.

Our mission is to be a welcoming community that offers healthy, fun and nurturing activities to people 50+ that enable them to age well, with purpose and dignity.

Are you an older driver looking to make sure your vehicle is the right โ€œfitโ€ for you?

The New Castle County Division of Police Community Services Unit has teamed up with CarFit to host a FREE event designed to help older drivers improve their comfort, confidence, and safety behind the wheel.

Trained volunteers will work with you to make sure your vehicle is properly adjusted to help you drive as safely as possible.
