The Division of Employment and Training (DET) offers a wide variety of One-Stop integrated employment and training services for employers and job seekers that operates four locations throughout the state. Our Division offers a wide variety of One-Stop integrated employment and training services that include the following:
Occupational Skills Training Programs - Based upon eligibility, funding an
d case management services are available for job seekers that require additional skills training in order to obtain or upgrade employment. Job Seeker Services - The Delaware JobLink (DJL) https://joblink.delaware.gov is a computerized job search system that enables job seekers to search for jobs locally, regionally, and nationally using a variety of job search websites. DJL also provides access to career resource information, and WIA approved training providers. Job seekers are encouraged to register and build an on-line resume within Delaware Job Link. Resource Rooms are available during normal business hours at each local one stop offices that offer access to computers, fax machines, telephone, job postings, reference materials for job search and resume assistance. Please ask an Employment Service Specialist about our workshops. Veterans’ Services - Case management services are available to recently separated or disabled veterans. Veteran Employment Service Specialists are available, who specialize in veterans services that can assist with employment needs specific to veterans. Please visit the nearest local one stop office and ask to speak to a Veteran Representative. Employer Services - Employers are encouraged to create an account within Delaware Joblink. This will provide employers the ability to:

Search for qualified employees registered in DJL
Receive emails on new jobseeker resumes
Obtain assistance with listing your job openings
Applicant Screening to provide qualified applicants
Office or Conference Room space to conduct applicant recruitment
