Wilmington Lions Club The Wilmington Lions Club has been serving the community since 1953. Our motto, “We Serve” is ta If you would like to volunteer please contact us.

There are limitless opportunities to be a part of Wilmington in a “lion” way. Our fundraising activities give us the ability to assist our Community. We provide eye and hearing assistance; scholarships; sports sponsors; Cub and Boy Scout sponsors; hall upkeep; ongoing landscaping across from Riverside Clinic; and in-home medical equipment inventory to name just a few of our endeavors. nual Spook Hike, Island Christmas, Fishing Derby and Party in the Park are some of our larger project. Meetings are held twice a month on the first and third Wednesdays beginning at 7 pm at the Lions Hall. Please feel free to stop by if you think you might be interested in participating in your community as a Lion or one of our special Lion helpers.
