Delaware Children's Department - DSCYF DSCYF provides child welfare, behavioral health & juvenile services across the state of Delaware. Your privacy is paramount.

The Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families values communication and uses social media to share information and resources with the public. Additionally, if a child or family is in crisis, please call the 24-hour Mobile Response Stabilization Service (child crisis line) at 1-800-969-HELP.
