🪲Take steps to protect yourself from ticks. Wear long sleeves & pants, use all natural tick repellants, & check yourself for ticks frequently.

☀️Too much sun is a bad thing. Cover your head & face, avoid direct sunlight between the hours of noon- 4pm, and utilize natural sunscreens when needed.

🌿Steer clear of poison ivy, poison oak, & poison sumac. If you get a red, icky rash wash your skin with soap & water and apply antihistamine or steroid cream frequently.

If you're uncertain if your rash is poison ivy or have a bad bug bite you want looked at, if you're a MiCare Now member you can chat directly with Dr. Morrison!
