NEW PROGRAM!!
Here is a book club just for tweens! Meet up with friends and learn about some new books especially for readers ages 8 – 11. We will read the first chapters of great books and also have time for a small craft. Join us for our first meeting of First Chapter Friday on Friday, Sept. 11, from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.

Come up to the Multipurpose Room tomorrow at 6 pm to participate in our first Adventures in Anime! This revamped version of Boba and Anime will now include 13 to 30 year olds, have a variety of Japanese snacks, and watch the first few episodes of an anime per program. No pre-registration required.

Buzz Lightyear to Star Command, we are preparing for the movie on Friday, do you copy? To continue our celebration of everything Toy Story, we will be watching the movie Lightyear! Popcorn and lemonade will be provided!

Time is running out to get your tickets for "On Tap with Michael Perry"! The last day to buy tickets is September 8th, and there will be none sold at the door of the event. Come to the Circulation Desk of the library with $30 per ticket to buy yours!

An Elvis enthusiast will be displaying his collection at the Willmar Public Library from August 29th to September 4th, with times for a Q&A with him throughout the week. Come anytime the library is open to see the items! Q&A times: August 31st from 1-4 pm, September 2nd from 4-7 pm and September 4th from 1-4 pm.

Teens ages 12 - 18 are invited to meet at the library and learn how to use our Jewelry Stamping Kit from the Makerspace on Tuesday, Sept. 1, from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Due to limited supplies and equipment, we ask that you please register in advance for this program. Also, due to the noise of the equipment, we will be meeting upstairs in the Multipurpose room.
