Workforce challenges aren't new but maybe the way we approach them should be!

On ๐Ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ, Region One leaders in healthcare and energy/utilities will come together for a different kind of workforce conversation.

This isn't a sit-and-listen event. It's a ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  summit designed to identify real challenges, think bigger about what's possible and work together toward potential solutions.

Because the goal isn't to leave the hard questions on the table. The goal is to start ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  towards them!
