Our Angels also provide care to those who reside in senior living facilities who may need extra assistance.

Hiring the Best Visiting Angels:

Each potential Angel is chosen from a large number of job applicants. Our Recruiting Manager interviews each individually and considers only those who are NJ-Licensed Certified Home Health Aides in good-standing, who have kind and positive dispositions, and who have good English-language speaking skills. Those who qualify undergo thorough and comprehensive county, state, and nationwide criminal background checks. Our Director of Nursing also interviews each applicant and gives an orientation and skills assessment.

Visiting Angels’ unique veterans program enables qualifying veterans and their surviving spouses to receive Visiting Angels’ home care services quickly and with no out-of-pocket expense. Qualifying Veterans: (i) War-time veterans (ii) who do not exceed the low income and savings limits set by the U.S. of Veteran Affairs.
