Sustain Eastern Connecticut Regional Sustainability Plan for Eastern Connecitcut Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The Eastern Connecticut Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Consortium [a partnership of the Eastern Connecticut Workforce Investment Board (EWIB), the Northeastern CT Council of Governments (NECCOG), the Southeastern CT Council of Governments (SCCOG), the Southeastern CT Housing Alliance (SECHA), and the Windham Region Council of Governments (WINCOG)], was recently awarded $225,000 as part of the Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Grant Program through the U.S.
