Well, is that time of year again and I’ve had tremendous luck with my Facebook friends help keeping the kitchen staffed. I’ve got a small contingent heading off to college and I’m looking for some experienced Kitchen help . if you know anyone I can - promise them a great work environment Great pay clean kitchen and 40 hours. I was just informed that you ,our wonderful guests, voted us the Top Steak House and the BEST Overall Restaurant Experience in WNY. When I think of all the great restaurants we have in Buffalo , I’m in shock and yet so honored, to be mentioned amongst them. My schedule hasn’t changed at all. I plan to continue to work, 7 days a week, for as long as possible ,always striving to make so many nights special for all of you.

Im ready to get back Back to some normalacy and my standards in the business I love. The last two and half years turned the world and my businesses upside down BUT we have come along way. I have been able to bring aboard some eager employees and now want to take the next step to getting back to what I am used to- some structure and building a managment team. I am looking for a kitchen manager to assist me and our chef getting the Kitchen back in order. We have the staff, they just need some direction and I will work with a candidate, with kitchen managment experience, to get us back to the being the best!
