A special thank you to Dawson Williams, Mia Anderson, Evelyn Hernandez, and Claudia Belle Davis, four of our May CUBS of the Month, for representing Rodgers Elementary and leading the Pledge of Allegiance at tonight’s Martin County Schools Board of Education meeting. These students were selected for demonstrating the character trait of Citizenship, and they did an outstanding job representing our school. We are so proud of you! 💙🐾

Thank you to Mr. Pope (from the Williamston Police Department) and Mr. Pippin (from the Williamston Fire and Rescue) for teaching our 4th grade students all about bicycle safety! Students learned important tips to stay safe while riding and had a great time! We're grateful for our community partners who help keep our students informed and safe!

Congratulations to our May CUBS of the Month, nominated by their teachers for demonstrating the character trait of Citizenship! 💙 These outstanding students have shown kindness, responsibility, and respect for others. They work to make their classroom and school a better place, help those around them, and consistently demonstrate what it means to be a good citizen. 🫧💙 Bubbles of Confidence for Our Test Takers! 💙🫧

Today, our Kindergarten through 2nd grade Cubs helped send our 3rd–5th grade students into testing with lots of encouragement and support!

Our littlest Cubs lined the playground with handmade signs, bubbles, music, and cheers to encourage our test takers as they walked through. Every 3-5 student even received a piece of bubblegum!

Encouraging signs from our young cubs and staff are posted throughout Rodgers as we work together to build confidence and support our students during EOG testing. We are proud of our Cubs and know they are ready to shine! 🐾✨
