🌟 September Agent Spotlight — Allison Ownbey
This September, we are proud to recognize Allison Ownbey, Agency Manager of our Plymouth location, as one of Riverside Insurance Agency’s Spotlight Agents of the Month!
Allison’s career in the insurance industry began in 2008, giving her nearly two decades of experience serving customers and building relationships within the industry. After working for another insurance company, Allison joined Riverside Insurance Agency in 2018 and stepped directly into a leadership role as Riverside’s very first Agency Manager.
In those early days, before Riverside expanded into three locations, Allison was one of the first faces customers saw when they walked through our doors. She played an important role in helping establish the customer relationships, service standards, and foundation that our agency has continued to build upon as we have grown.
And Allison knows something about growth.
With two children depending on her, she approached building her own book of business with incredible determination. She built it like a racehorse — focused, driven, and always moving forward. That same determination has remained one of the defining qualities of her career.
Today, Allison manages our Plymouth office with passion, loyalty, and genuine intention. She takes ownership of her responsibilities and approaches the agency as though it were her own. Whether she is managing the daily operations of the office, assisting her team, working with customers, or tackling a new task that has been handed to her, Allison can be counted on to see it through.
She is also extremely detail-oriented and places tremendous importance on thorough documentation and making sure every base is covered. Those qualities have made her not only a successful agent, but a strong and dependable leader.
When it comes to her clients, Allison brings another side of herself to the table. She is compassionate, invested in the relationships she has built, and consistently works to find competitive rates and coverage options that meet her customers’ individual needs. For Allison, insurance has never simply been about writing a policy—it is about taking care of the people who have trusted her to help protect what matters to them.
That drive doesn’t stop when she leaves the office. Outside of Riverside, Allison is heavily involved in her children’s sports and academics, continuing to bring the same dedication and determination to being a mom that she brings to her career.
Allison believes in hard work, accountability, success, and doing things the right way. She leads by taking responsibility, paying attention to the details, and making sure the job gets done.
As she approaches her ninth year with Riverside Insurance Agency, we are incredibly grateful for the loyalty, dedication, hard work, and leadership Allison has given our company throughout its growth.
From being one of the original faces of Riverside to now leading our Plymouth branch, Allison has grown right alongside this agency—and she has played an important part in helping Riverside become what it is today.
