Photo highlights from the City employee softball tournament on rainy Sunday, 9/17. Employees from River Valley Transit Authority, UPMC, the Williamsport Bureau of Fire, and the Williamsport Bureau of Police had a soggy but fun time battling it out for bragging rights and the tournament trophy, which was awarded by Mayor Slaughter to the Williamsport Bureau of Police. (Knocking RVTA off of their pedestal from last year's tournament.)
