Alison Hirsch for Judge of Elections, Williamsport 13th Precinct

Alison Hirsch for Judge of Elections, Williamsport 13th Precinct Vote for Alison Hirsch on Tuesday November 7th for judge of elections, Williamsport 13th precinct. I will see that our taxpayer dollars are spent wisely.

I'm leaving the statement below from when I ran for City Council, because I still think it should be a standard for all our leaders. Now I'm running for judge of elections because I want to encourage more people to educate themselves, get out to vote, and have confidence that their vote matters. A Voice of Common Sense (2013)
I will apply the test of common sense to every proposal. I will never be

just a rubber stamp. A Voice for the Neighborhoods
I will fight to put taxpayer dollars to work where they make our community a better place to live, work, and play. We need to repair our streets, have more streetlights and police presence on the streets, improve our parks, and support activities for families and children. A Voice for All
I will listen to all Williamsport residents, especially those who have lost hope that their voice matters. The City belongs to all its citizens, and everyone should have a voice. Dr. Alison Duncan Hirsch is a retired editor, historian, and teacher and now volunteers her time as general manager of WXPI 88.5 Williamsport Community Radio.
