This photo was taken at The Old Hospital On College Hill on Saturday night around 9pm in the basement. There are investigators on both sides of the hallway. Nobody in the center. Just equipment on the floor.

There is something deliciously unsettling about seeing a building that still looks like it remembers everything. One glance at this place and your imagination starts doing laps.

The Old Hospital on College Hill in Williamson has that eerie, pull-you-in energy before you even step inside. The exterior alone feels cinematic, with the name staring right back at you like a dare. You can almost feel the echo of old hallways, late-night whispers, and the kind of stories West Virginia never seems to run out of.

Honestly, I love that we have places like this. Not polished, not pretending, just full of character and mystery in a way that feels very, very Appalachian. 🔗👇🏻
